Standing Strong!!!

“He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength.

Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who

wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they

shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” - Isaiah 40:29-31 NKJV-

A very real strategy of the enemy in the end of days is to wear out the saints. There is a very

real sense of weariness over the body, many are facing tremendous difficulties and pressures.

Some of these precious saints have been oppressed for a longer season causing the weariness

to seep into their souls and attempt to derail their focus and their hope. We must understand that the deepest desire of God’s heart is to be close to us. His closeness cures everything. This is the answer to receiving our true identity and functioning in the power and provision that God desires for us in these days of great difficulty. Christ birthed the church not to carry on by itself apart from the Head of the church, Jesus Christ. We are to move and function in close proximity to and with Him! I believe this is why the enemy is always after our focus and our attention. He is trying to capture our gaze with the weight of our circumstances and the overwhelming difficulties of this age. He always wants our trouble to appear greater than our Answer. We need His nearness to strengthen and sustain us, to uphold us and provide wisdom and guidance to us, and to give us confidence and assurance and hope in every situation. We need what His closeness gives us to stand strong in these days.
